Karoshi is a Japanese term is describe as simple "death from overwork". The main reasons for karoshi are heart attack and stroke due from stress. There has been about 205 cases of ill or death cases in 2007 of karoshi. This is to remind you just take a break and smell the roses one in a while. Do not go karoshi mode and struggle to breath.
